Graduate Student at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign
I am a graduate student advised by Prof. Jeremy Tyson at University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign. This year, academic year 2026-27, I am on the job market!
I am currently the Illinois Mathematics (Geometry) Lab research manager. My primary research interests are analysis on metric spaces and geometric group theory. I am also interested in exploring problems in optimization theory, especially on dimension reduction of sampling data for design of experiments.
Previously, for the year 2025-26, I was an AAUW fellow, and I visited Institute of Mathematics of Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw in Summer, 2026. For the year, 2024-25, I was MMEG grantee (by the World Bank), and I visited Hausdorff Institute of Mathematics at University of Bonn, Germany in Spring, 2025.
I am always happy to talk about research, undergraduate research and outreach, so please feel free to reach out.
